As you can tell, I’ve leaned hard into fall style this season. Sweaters make me think of lounging by the fire, family gatherings, and holiday lights. I’m a little embarrassed to admit that my closet is 95% sweaters these days. For Spence and my upcoming trip to Vegas I have really struggled to diversify and have just settled on light sweaters.

Here is a few quick tips for 2017 sweater wearing:

  1. Bigger is better, oversized sweaters and large knits are key to sweater season. Pair with oversized boots to complete the look.
  2. Neutral and earth tones, along with a desert rose pink and a cross between pea green and mustard have already become favorites of mine this year.
  3. Pair with patterned leggings for a pop  of fun, feel free to pick prints that catch the eye
  4.  Accessorize! I love to wear watches with sweaters because they compliment each other in such a lovely way!
