Back to School Teacher Outfits with Kohl’s

The color alone isn’t a trend, but you’ll see red as a monochromatic look everywhere. You can find me in the class room sporting mauve Mudd jeans to bring flair to a simple Mudd floral blouse combo. Stay on trend by using red as a statement and splash color to brighten the drabs and muted colors of fall, like I did with these Mudd pants and these SO ankle boots in pink.  I paired the bottoms with a Mudd tie front top (just make sure you are wearing high-waisted pants). Also, it is worth noting that I usually wear a size 8 in jeans and had to get an 11 in these Mudd pants (and they still fit snug) — so size up!

This fall, expect curvy figures to make a big step onto the fashion stage. It’s time for your tiny waistline to be dressed up! I chose this SO skirt because I knew the cinched waist band would hit in the right spot to give my figure a flattering angle with a more structured blouse up top.

Prints have dominated for the last 3 seasons, and you can expect pairing opposing prints to be around with the fall trends in 2018. Honestly, I can’t get enough of button up blouses when teaching. They offer me the ability to move freely while still looking professional. They are going to last me through the season.
