It’s round 2 of “Things I Wish I Had Known When I Was 24” also known as “How I Learned to Thrive in 365”. Okay, scratch those long titles.
But really, today is my annual day of birth celebration, here are three more things I’ve learned the past 365.
- You can say no. Say no to diets, so no to extra work you won’t get paid for. Say no to people treating you poorly.
- Friends come in all shapes, sizes, and ages. Some of my best friends are not even from the same generation! It offers insight into things I would never be able to know at my age.
- If you want your business to be taken seriously, take it seriously yourself. The more I worked to hit deadlines, preform well, and always mean my word, the better my business was.
- Always under promise and over deliver. It sells your work harder and better when people receive the unexpected.
- Say thanks to those that help you. Daily. Weekly. Monthly. The best way is by sending love notes. ♡
- Read the directions. Read the contracts. Read the emails. All should be read thoroughly before being thrown away.
Today I am wearing a gorgeous winter rose dress from Lettie Boutique!
