Another Monday down, look at you, you did it!
The good news of the yesterday was that it was my handsome husband’s birthday! He turned 26, and we both feel like it is a grown-up step. He has been on my insurance since I began teaching, but he is officially kicked off his parents (oh boy!). Spence is also on the rough side of twenty-five, so we both have decided to start taking our health more seriously. 
He is the best partner and works hard for both of our dreams. I couldn’t have married a better guy. If you have the chance to befriend him, you should. He’ll be your number one supporter. He studies hard, works harder. He will make you laugh with his puns and clever wit. He can charm the socks of any lady over the age of 50. He will talk about soccer with you all day. Oh, and he can rewrite any harsh email for you 😉
Spence and I have a strange love story. We met via Tinder while he was on his way out for summer sales in Georgia. We both swiped right when he was already out of town, so instead of regular dates, we Skype dated for 2.5 months. Our first time meeting face to face was in the ALT airport, and my world spun on every axis that day. I always joke that it’s a good thing he didn’t have bad breath or used the dreaded Irish Spring soap I abhor, or that meet-cute could have ended badly. Happy freaking birthday to my number one, my business partner, and my love!

These Flying Monkey olive green pants are some of my favorites! I love how they stretch, but don’t loose their elasticity. It also feels like colored jeans have moved out of the trends (unless you are going for the plastic pants thing). The best two items of this outfit are truly the jacket and the mules. The suede moto coat I found while thrift shopping. I KNOW! The best steal ever. The mules are by my favorite shoe brand, Seychelles. They offer comfort all day long and make me feel extremely fashionable.
