OUR BRIDAL SHOOT: The Week of Stress Before the Wedding

You guys, Aubrey Jo Nilsson rocked it as our photographer, she’s cute, polite, takes great pictures, and is soooo fast. We had these pictures done within 45 minutes. She was even understanding when we drove all the way up Big Cottonwood Canyon for our initial spot for pictures (a hike to a waterfall) and it was snowed in. No complaint, not even a sigh! Love that girl!!!! Did I mention that she gives great prices for weddings? #blessed

First of all, isn’t he a catch?! I really had to put some bait on my hook to catch this fine piece. & speaking of fine piece, WHAT OF THAT FLORAL CROWN?! It is from Sweet Little Sparrow (who hand makes them) and I about died when she showed me the finished product. The beautiful dried bouquet is from Flower Decoupage. Would you believe that beauty shipped all the way from Ireland, unscathed?! a miracle, I really tell you. Our wedding colors are mint, yellow gold, and dark navy, so the bouquet truly matches perfectly. But did you see his boutonierre? Freaking Spence is very picky about what I try to make him wear (thankfully the first boy I didn’t have to restyle) so for him to think this feather Tofino boutonniere is cool says something! Pomp and Plumage has a foresty-whimsical look to the entire shop, you have to check them out.
